MS150

The MS 150 Bike Tour. a two-day cycling adventure from Houston to Austin that raises funds to help people living with Multiple Sclerosis was held April 16 & 17.  Our own Meg Beach sponsored one of the teams. Meg's husband Dave participated on the team from KHWB Channel 39.

Meg provided a healthy energizing breakfast at her home in Houston to prepare the riders for their first leg of the ride from Houston to LaGrange.

She then drove with her daughter Rebecca to Bellville to meet the riders for lunch.

From there they drove to LaGrange where all the riders stopped for the day.  The KHWB team set up camp under their banner - again note Meg & Prudential Gary Greene are acknowledged.

After a night of relaxation and fun-the riders left the following morning for the final leg of the ride from LaGrange to Austin.

Kudos Meg - for supporting this worthwhile cause.

Welcome New Agents

Welcome to Ann Woodroof.  Ann is coming from the Katy PGG office.  Ann has been active in Fort Bend County, Southwest Houston, West Houston, Katy and Sugar Land since 1991.  Check out Ann's website to see all of her current listings.  We are excited about her joining our team.

Sam Nguyen joined us as a new agent at the beginning of the year.  He's just about finished with Fast Start and is moving forward in building a successful real estate business.  Check out Sam's website. 

Alonzo 'Lonnie' McLeod joined us recently from a GMAC office in Pasadena.  He moved to Nottingham to be closer to his daughter and grand baby.  We like having Alonzo aboard and are pleased he decided to leave Pasadena.  Check out Alonzo's website.

Laura Martin has just joined our team (no picture yet).  She lives in Royal Oaks and is  involved in the arts - she worked in several galleries.  She also works with a charity that supports cowboys who participate in Rodeos.  Laura tried commercial real estate for a short time prior to deciding on residential real estate.

Our newest new agent is Beth McDonald.  Even though she is new as an agent, most of you already know Beth since she was our weekend receptionist.  Beth definitely made the right decision when she got her Real Estate license.
